Уважаемые форумчане,
Кто в ближайшее время пользовался услугами данной фирмы, вам присылали ваучер на мэйл?
Бронировала с сайта, деньги списали, после на сайте появилась информация о подтверждении бронирования, но распечатать в тот момент было негде. Думала, пришлют на почту ваучер, как все нормальные конторы делают, но не дождалась
Написала на сайт, получила такой ответ

We ask all passengers arriving with long distance flights to check the arrival date at Munich airport -  it might differ from the
departure date - you will understand that the dates you give us in your booking are the only dates valid for us.
If we have your working mobile number we will inform you about your pick up time with a short message 1 day prior to the departure. If you do not receive any short message we kindly ask you to call us at 0043-512-584157 1 day prior to your departure to confirm your
pick up time.
We wish you a pleasant flight and a relaxing and/or successfull stay, and hope to welcome you on board of one of  our shuttles  again in the future .

И это все, я им опять пишу про ваучер, а в ответ тишина
Это вообще нормально?
Можно надеятся, что нас отвезут/привезут без ваучера или нет?
